Cara was so helpful in helping me update my settings. They have simple instructions and prewritten questions to make setting up things so fast, I really appreciate it! I also like that you can customize the emails customers get when they earn rewards, so it fits with your brand's style and voice. The interface is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone getting their loyalty rewards set up.

The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Kudos to Hazel and the rest of the team for the punctuality in the responses!

Bon Loyalty has been the exact type of program we wanted. The support team is excellent and we have been able to customise it to fit our brand.

Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it. I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again Probably will look for a better app in the future.

I found this app but it needed a few tweaks for my use - the team were very quick to respond, they were able to help and were very good at following up with me as well. It looks good - now to see how my customers like it! Thank you. So far I would recommend!

Their support team is amazing. I found this app because it has most of our needs for our next loyalty program but what made me amazed by was they're very open minded team. I asked a bunch of questions if they can customize some UIs for our website and they tried the best to achieve what I asked for. This app features + support team efforts makes this app 10/10!!
