We switched to Seal Subscriptions from ReCharge after Recharge jacked up their pricing and are very happy with the move. There was a period of adjustment while we got used to how Seal handles things vs our previous app but once we were familiar with it we are thrilled. This is the best subscription app we've found and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone.

We are experiencing double charging to the customer. The customers have proof of double payment for the subscription but we don't see them on our end. I've send an email to your support regarding this with no response.

Basic but solid service for a good price. A good deal if you are starting your subscriptions journey. Not very good on prepaid plans compared to more premium (and expensive) options. A bit of a clunky UI, and limited inventory forecast options. Service is good and fast. Would recommend, with caveats mentioned above.

I just downloaded this, and it's been really really simple and easy so far. Excited to see how this goes.

Poorly implemented. Support staff work "banker's hours" in Eastern Europe. Expect to get deep into the product and then discover "Seal doesn't support that" or "read Shopify docs." My guess is this plugin is held together by a team of 3-5 people in Eastern Europe who make their differentiator the fact that they're the cheapest solution on the marketplace for subscriptions. After trying to use them for almost 1000 subscriptions in the last year (300 active), I gave up and switched to Appstle.
