Installed the app into my website, came back 2 days later and the app took over my themes and auto submitted a ton of random products into my website and made them active without me doing any of this. On top of this, it then bumped my subscription up to the paid tier automatically. I removed everything, changed my theme back, and uninstalled the app.

I worked very hard for months to set up my shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to sell from Zendrop. My first order the item was out of stock. I was notified it was out of stock AFTER the order was placed then immediately received another email stating that the price went up. So I had to refund my first order. (that costs me money) My second order I placed personally and one out of the three items I ordered was out of stock and never received a notification what's so ever. I go back to Zendrop to check products and sure enough all of a sudden they say out of stock. Then I replace it with a different item just to go through the same thing when that item was in their catalog and then an hour later there was an order for that item and oh it's out of stock. This company sucks. I have now shut down my store and will have to find another supplier because Zendrop can't prove to me what inventory they have and what they don't. I also get messages saying they can not ship to this country. I am in the US and only selling to the US. This should not be an issue. Now their help is useless. It is an AI bot and until you tell it to contact a rep you just need to go through all the help files. When you do they say inventory changes minute to minute, then when you ask for help the bot tells you " Implement or enhance notification systems to alert both the business and the customers when items are close to being out of stock or completely out. Many ecommerce platforms offer plugins or built-in features for this purpose." Well Zendrop why am I not being notified when items go out of stock. I think i have received three notices of items I had on my store that either the price changed or the item was just no longer available before I turned on my store. Once I turned my store on I got nothing. This is not a way to do business. Now I have to go find multiple suppliers for my products and purchase inventory. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had starting a business. Don't believe the gurus when they say drop shipping is the way to go that is a bunch of BS. Don't use this company they are horrible. As soon as I can fix my inventory and product issues. I will be asking for a full refund, which I doubt I will get. I just can't believe that people put up with this. Read the 5 star reviews and the first few I read both said my first order the item was out of stock but yet they still gave them a 5 star review because some help desk guy told them what was already in the help desk files. Don't get me wrong I get things go out of stock but so far 2/3 of items ordered through my store are out of stock and I go no notification. That just seems wrong to me.

I have just encountered a little issue with fulfilling a test order and Maria (one of the employees there) helped me out and in under 3 minutes the problem was all solved! 5/5, highly recommend it

Shout out Nina from Zendrop for helping me out with product photos! I needed to see the quality of a product before ordering because the shipping times are long when ordering to the US from that certain supplier, and she went above and beyond by providing me with alternatives when we couldn't solve the issue at first -- and then emailing me what I had originally hoped for the next day. Their customer support hasn't failed me.

Honestly not worth the risk, seems there is no way to get in contact with support. Everything I have looked up tells me to go through the 'AI-chatbot' on their website, except there isn't even an option for that... I have 0 products on my site and currently being charged $70.

Updated June 23, 2025 I ran into some tough fulfillment issues using Zendrop — slow shipping from China, inconsistent product quality, and pricing or stock issues with items sourced from Amazon. These hiccups made it difficult to deliver a reliable customer experience, especially when you're just getting started. To their credit, Zendrop’s support team stepped up after my initial review. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right. That effort matters. They also offered a path forward: placing bulk orders (100+ units) that they can stock in their warehouse to reduce shipping times. While that’s not a solution for every seller, it does give growing stores more control as they scale. There’s still room to improve on supplier reliability, but the platform itself is solid — and the support team clearly cares about your success. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The app itself is solid, and support is generally helpful — once you figure out how to bypass the chatbot to get real answers. Where I’ve run into consistent issues is with the most important part: actually, receiving the products. If you're sourcing from China to the U.S., expect long (sometimes endless) shipping times and zero quality control. I ordered four of the same item — one arrived completely different from the others. You’ll also notice a lot of products sourced from Amazon. That sounds great in theory (faster delivery, local sourcing), but in practice, pricing often jumps right when you place the order, or the item is suddenly out of stock — sometimes both. Ultimately, I’ve had to source products elsewhere just to fulfill orders and avoid disappointing customers. I understand I’m not a high-volume store (yet), but you’ll never become one if you can’t reliably deliver what customers buy.

Worst one to deal with, they changed the pricing amid of getting orders. Good luck, fulfilling your orders as they will bill you on monthly basis just to fullfill them, which they never did in the past.

Zendrop has great quality products, basic ( wrong word) and premium, And their customer service is also great. When I ask for help, they're on top of it. My most recent experience was with Jacob, and I think that he was able to fix an issue that I didn't even mention while helping me with the issue at hand.

Best customer service in the dropshipping industry. Shipping fees and the requirement to make a minimum of $15,000 in monthly sales to facilitate bulk purchases are a bit annoying. but the service is good.

I had a terrible experience with Zendrop. First of all, their shipping took about a month for my test product to reach me. Then, one of my customers has been waiting almost 2 whole months for her products to arrive, and they still haven’t! Not only that, but zendrop ai is horrible. If you need any customer support, you have to claw and dig around to find any help whatsoever. Finally, though they have many products on their site, many of the more popular products that are selling are not available, or are entirely too expensive to dropship with. Overall, would not recommend.

Used Zendrop for my fist Shopify store, and had a multiple-item order, some of which were out of stock unfortunately. Reached out to Support and Jacob was able to find an alternative and guide me on how to update the items in my store without breaking the entire setup.
