This company is complete BS. Nothing but issues upon issues. And to top it off with their extensive track record of inconveniences, they charge PREMIUM for below-average quality products. Want to use the $200 credits you gained as a sign-up bonus? Sure no problem. They'll only allow you to contribute 10% of it towards their already overpriced cost of goods. Do yourself a favor and get in contact with a real sourcing agent. Not these rip offs. If you don't know how, take the initiative and youtube it. Literally guides out there.

intentioanlly difficult to cancel subscription and uninstall.. extremely difficult to work with the support and no clear answers given as to whether i am actually unsubscribed or not after countless emails back and forth. the ap itself seems ok, but not great. so i went with an alternative however support here cannot tell me if i will continue to get billed, and cannot deactivate my account, and send me an email asking for my email address..? its just crazy how backwards they are in refusing to cancel my subscription and pretend to be confused as to my intentions to cancel.. poor support

Nice app with plenty of options, but doesn't support bulk imports. Bad customer service. We were disturbed by AI-assisted replies of the customer service associate Nina Kayani.

Outstanding Customer Support from Zendrop! I recently had to make a change to a customer order (#1095), and the support team—especially Nina—was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process. They not only understood my request quickly but also updated the product variants exactly as needed so the correct items could be sent to my customer. Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. I felt supported the entire time and really appreciated their dedication to solving the issue. Updated: Zendrop support team reached out, apologized for the inconvenience, returned the unexpected monthly fee. Customer service was very helpful to resolve my issue. Thank you! Shout out to Austin Zafar who helped me. Installed the app into my website, came back 2 days later and the app took over my themes and auto submitted a ton of random products into my website and made them active without me doing any of this. On top of this, it then bumped my subscription up to the paid tier automatically. I removed everything, changed my theme back, and uninstalled the app.

Scammed me out of $80 on one of my cc’s. The way the trial is set up when you download the app is deceptive. The “charge based on usage” is a complete lie. You’re charged regardless. There’s no real benefit to using this platform anyways. You’re basically paying a second middleman a monthly subscription for no reason. There’s hundreds of Chinese suppliers that charge ZERO fees, with FASTER shipping times, and far lower COGS.

This app zendrop cost me a lot of time granted I am new to this and maybe they saw me coming... I installed the free version unbeknownst to me it took over so many permissions all of my inventory I couldn't access I couldn't send emails I couldn't look at analytics nothing would work and I had no idea it was this app thanks to the Shopify AI I got it figured out.

I'm new to Zendrop and still in the setup phase of my store, as I'm currently integrating payment methods. Even though I haven't officially launched yet, I’m already impressed with the platform. The user interface is simple, clean, and incredibly easy to navigate, especially for beginners like me. Everything is laid out in a way that makes the dropshipping process feel manageable and stress-free. What stands out the most is the support team — they’re super responsive and genuinely helpful. Every time I’ve reached out with questions, they’ve provided clear and timely assistance. Their support has made me feel confident and taken care of from day one. I subscribed through a promo that provided an annual Plus membership + $140 order credits for 140 USD. This included 20 sourcing requests too - which were sourced quite fast (within 1-2 days). The order credits weren't credited to my account but after emails with the service team, it was quickly rectified. So far, so good.

Not a great experience. Most the products are great. I did purchase a vac that is cheap quality. I am un installing this app due to my customer order placed May 2. She placed two orders for herself and her daughter. The daughter's order was to be shipped to Hawaii and they dont ship there. It was up to me to catch that part. The company didn't even try to reach out before just cancelling the order as I could have changed the address and delivered myself. the second order was lost during shipping. I have reached out mulitiple times. I dont feel I cn trust this company with future sales as customer service is very important to me.

Watch out for the fine print! It all sounds great at first — “You only pay when you start making sales.” But in reality? Not quite. After setting everything up and getting started, boom! A $30 subscription fee shows up — even if you haven’t sold a single thing yet. I felt misled. The pricing model isn’t transparent, and the overall experience was frustrating. If you’re considering using Zendrop, make sure you read every line of the terms very carefully. I don’t recommend it. Transparency is key — and it was clearly missing here.

one thing i would say that its not like any other dropshipping software i have used so far, most of the other apps have chinese people that are talking with you in english and their english is not even great, but with the zendrop its completly oppisite to comminication is much clear also they have a branding system wich i havent used it yet but havent seen that offered in other platforms so its much better then the rest of them i can say.

Incredible Zendrop experience thanks to Liezel (“Liz”)! After six months of trying to build my own dropshipping store, I lost a lot of money—paying folks to help me, and even falling for a few scams along the way. Nothing seemed to work… until I reached out to Zendrop. In just one hour, Liz jumped in and fixed the problem no one else could resolve. Her support was fast, clear, and effective—everything a beginner entrepreneur could hope for. I truly believe that without her help, I would have kept losing money. Why Zendrop (and Liz) stand out she even heard my story and felt my frustration and try and did her best , now my life is change for ever not just me but my 2 kids and my parents, thanks to Liz from dropshipping i wish i can hug Liz . thank u girl God bless you and your family , bottom line i would recommend every to choose zendrop their customer service is great . they save me when i was about the last second to gave up, thanks to Liz honestly i can stop praising her and i hope she see this.

Zendrop isn't able to perform what they advertise. I gave 2 stars because they at least fulfilled the orders (barely) but there have been so many problems with fulfillment. My first product took 5 weeks to get the customer, second product took 4 weeks. There were packages that got sent back to the warehouse but nobody notified me, 2 out of my 8 orders were missing a key component. I tried to use the Amazon supplier but the items listed aren't accurate. They may confirm that the product is available, but it can go out of stock as soon as you fulfill the order. When I reached out to support, Brenda said "Unfortunately, inventory levels can change rapidly in dropshipping. The product was available when you placed your order, but the supplier's stock was depleted shortly after." The only thing that is good about Zendrop is their support. Even then not every response is accurate. I was told Amazon products get shipped in plain packaging, then it arrives in Amazon packaging. Not really sure how to use them for fulfillment when I can't trust if/when the product will be fulfilled. I've been trying to use them for over a year to get my store off the ground, I give up

support réactif via le Chat (Module 3: How to Get Help from Zendrop Support). les produits sont quali, en ce qui concerne le délai de livraison je pense que c'est correct, à voir au fil des commandes et par la suite afin d'avoir un délai de livraison plus rapide. l'option "autre" d'en le Chat serait bien pour joindre plus rapidement le support humain dans les cas particuliers. Sinon je recommande pour la fiabilité et les tarifs forfaits sont correctes et ça filtre la qualité des produits donc c'est top !
