Subscribed to the supposedly "free" plan, but cancelled and removed the products after a few days. I didn't even have the products listed for a week and I just got a bill for $29! Don't subscribe to this app. They steal money from you.

The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!

Not worth it. Just creates more problems in ur business. Maybe good for high ticket items , but they are not reliable. Just not worth it. You gotta pay for it, and it creates more trouble. The ask u to sample order products as they don't show reviews of the products written, then even after u do it, the ship defective products to the customers. If you think Zendrop would help me fulfil BETTER, FASTER AND CHEAPER. YOU ARE WRONG. Go with Dsers that's better than this crap. Bold so people know how much of a waste of time this app is.

This app had a lot of potential, but it's hard to make any profit now. Every time a customer wants a refund, Zendrop doesn't refund the product the you. Which means you lose money every time someone asks for a refund. As they can't send the order back to the supplier, since it's in China, which would take a lot of time and money. Sending it to myself isn't ideal either, because that destroys the whole purpose of dropshipping, + shipping costs aren't worth it considering the original prices of the products. Besides that, the customer service isn't great either, you're talking to people that don't speak English and use a translator, and can't get anything done since they don't work at Zendrop at all, but just answer basic questions, so they don't have any rights or tools to do anything.

Zendrop completely failed me. Their shipping times were inaccurate, and despite support promising a fix in a week, three months later the products still hadn’t reached their facility. This led to chargebacks, lost revenue, and damage to my business. They sell overpriced, low-quality items and leave issues unresolved. Based on other reviews, my experience isn’t unique. I’ll never use Zendrop again—and neither should you.

This company is complete BS. Nothing but issues upon issues. And to top it off with their extensive track record of inconveniences, they charge PREMIUM for below-average quality products. Want to use the $200 credits you gained as a sign-up bonus? Sure no problem. They'll only allow you to contribute 10% of it towards their already overpriced cost of goods. Do yourself a favor and get in contact with a real sourcing agent. Not these rip offs. If you don't know how, take the initiative and youtube it. Literally guides out there.

intentioanlly difficult to cancel subscription and uninstall.. extremely difficult to work with the support and no clear answers given as to whether i am actually unsubscribed or not after countless emails back and forth. the ap itself seems ok, but not great. so i went with an alternative however support here cannot tell me if i will continue to get billed, and cannot deactivate my account, and send me an email asking for my email address..? its just crazy how backwards they are in refusing to cancel my subscription and pretend to be confused as to my intentions to cancel.. poor support

Scammed me out of $80 on one of my cc’s. The way the trial is set up when you download the app is deceptive. The “charge based on usage” is a complete lie. You’re charged regardless. There’s no real benefit to using this platform anyways. You’re basically paying a second middleman a monthly subscription for no reason. There’s hundreds of Chinese suppliers that charge ZERO fees, with FASTER shipping times, and far lower COGS.

This app zendrop cost me a lot of time granted I am new to this and maybe they saw me coming... I installed the free version unbeknownst to me it took over so many permissions all of my inventory I couldn't access I couldn't send emails I couldn't look at analytics nothing would work and I had no idea it was this app thanks to the Shopify AI I got it figured out.

Watch out for the fine print! It all sounds great at first — “You only pay when you start making sales.” But in reality? Not quite. After setting everything up and getting started, boom! A $30 subscription fee shows up — even if you haven’t sold a single thing yet. I felt misled. The pricing model isn’t transparent, and the overall experience was frustrating. If you’re considering using Zendrop, make sure you read every line of the terms very carefully. I don’t recommend it. Transparency is key — and it was clearly missing here.

Zendrop’s Shopify app description is not truthful — especially the claim that you can: “Build your brand by adding your custom branding to your orders.” That line is completely misleading. I subscribed to the $79/month Plus plan specifically for this feature. But once I paid, I was told that actual custom branding (like custom packaging or logo printing) is not included unless you apply to a separate “Private Agent Program” — which requires 10+ orders/day or $15,000/month in sales to even qualify. This is nowhere mentioned in their app listing or pricing page. What you actually get with the Plus plan is just a thank-you card, not proper branding. This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic. The feature that convinced me to subscribe was locked behind undisclosed restrictions. I did receive a refund after escalating the issue, but this kind of marketing should not be allowed on the Shopify App Store. If you’re a new merchant trying to build a brand: be careful — this app does not deliver what it advertises.

Zendrop broke everything we built We trusted them with a fast-growing store, gave them serious volume, and even paid for their premium plan thinking this would be a long-term partnership. But Zendrop failed us at every level. They increased product prices silently, with no notice, forcing us to rebuild our entire offer. Then, just as we fixed things and launched new campaigns, they let our supplier run out of stock without a single alert or warning. Not a single update. We only found out after spending money on ads and getting flooded with new orders that we could not fulfill. Support? Absolutely useless. Same generic replies every time. They said they were working on it, but nothing happened. Our team kept following up, while Zendrop quietly closed tickets without solving anything. This is not support, this is abandonment. We were prepared to scale hard. Our campaigns were running, everything was optimized, and the business was growing daily. Zendrop stopped it all. They delayed us for weeks, killed customer trust, and left us with refund messes and bad reviews to clean up. Zendrop is not built for serious sellers. Their backend is broken, their systems are unreliable, and their agents are not trained to handle real volume or urgency. We came in ready to build a big brand. Now we are walking away with lessons, losses, and a promise to warn every serious seller do not rely on Zendrop.

Horrible experience. I tried out the app for 15 minutes, and had to uninstall and reinstall the app to troubleshoot. Apparently reinstalling the app means the 3 day "risk free trial" gets voided. I was then sent a notice saying I was being upgraded and billed for a $29/month plan that I did not agree to. I've now spent over an hour with Shopify and Zendrop support chats trying to get the charge cancelled.

Terrible service, careless choice of suppliers, product photos don’t match reality, support replies with canned responses, and they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Processing takes about a week, not 1–3 days, and shipping takes about a month, not 14 days as they claim. Lost around $4,000 because of them

Installed the app into my website, came back 2 days later and the app took over my themes and auto submitted a ton of random products into my website and made them active without me doing any of this. On top of this, it then bumped my subscription up to the paid tier automatically. I removed everything, changed my theme back, and uninstalled the app.

I worked very hard for months to set up my shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to sell from Zendrop. My first order the item was out of stock. I was notified it was out of stock AFTER the order was placed then immediately received another email stating that the price went up. So I had to refund my first order. (that costs me money) My second order I placed personally and one out of the three items I ordered was out of stock and never received a notification what's so ever. I go back to Zendrop to check products and sure enough all of a sudden they say out of stock. Then I replace it with a different item just to go through the same thing when that item was in their catalog and then an hour later there was an order for that item and oh it's out of stock. This company sucks. I have now shut down my store and will have to find another supplier because Zendrop can't prove to me what inventory they have and what they don't. I also get messages saying they can not ship to this country. I am in the US and only selling to the US. This should not be an issue. Now their help is useless. It is an AI bot and until you tell it to contact a rep you just need to go through all the help files. When you do they say inventory changes minute to minute, then when you ask for help the bot tells you " Implement or enhance notification systems to alert both the business and the customers when items are close to being out of stock or completely out. Many ecommerce platforms offer plugins or built-in features for this purpose." Well Zendrop why am I not being notified when items go out of stock. I think i have received three notices of items I had on my store that either the price changed or the item was just no longer available before I turned on my store. Once I turned my store on I got nothing. This is not a way to do business. Now I have to go find multiple suppliers for my products and purchase inventory. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had starting a business. Don't believe the gurus when they say drop shipping is the way to go that is a bunch of BS. Don't use this company they are horrible. As soon as I can fix my inventory and product issues. I will be asking for a full refund, which I doubt I will get. I just can't believe that people put up with this. Read the 5 star reviews and the first few I read both said my first order the item was out of stock but yet they still gave them a 5 star review because some help desk guy told them what was already in the help desk files. Don't get me wrong I get things go out of stock but so far 2/3 of items ordered through my store are out of stock and I go no notification. That just seems wrong to me.
