Dear Zendrop Support Team, I am writing regarding an order that is extremely overdue. The customer should have already received their package by now, and unfortunately, they have filed a formal complaint via email due to not receiving it. As you know, for anyone working with dropshipping, chargebacks are one of the biggest risks we face, and delays like this put my business in a very difficult position. Please, I kindly ask that you ship this order immediately. Send whatever stock, model, or substitute you may have available – but I urgently need this order dispatched without any further delay. I must also be honest about my overall experience with Zendrop so far. In the few orders I have placed: Products were often out of stock, Prices were outdated, Linked products did not accept bundles, These issues have made my experience with Zendrop frustrating and disappointing, and unfortunately this affects my customers directly. I’ve been using Zendrop for one month and so far my experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, offers good products, and deliveries have been running smoothly. What impressed me the most is the customer support, always available and quick to respond. I’d like to give a special thanks to Jo, who has helped me every time I had a question or issue — truly outstanding service! Overall, I’m very satisfied with Zendrop and plan to continue using the platform. Note: I would only suggest that shipping could be a little faster — even if it meant paying a bit more.

Zendrop wants a review for an item that was not purchased from them. In fact, I recently installed Zendrop on my Shopify store and selected products to add, but I ran into some issues. Only half of the products I selected were uploaded, and I have not been able to use the app as expected. Additionally, I was charged for services I have not used, which has caused some challenges in fulfilling orders. I hope Zendrop can improve its integration and customer support, as I want to continue using the platform successfully. I am not a happy customer.

So I just started using Zendrop. I find it very easy and integrates without a hassle. Also the support is SPOT ON! I had different types of questions regarding varying topics. I was always assisted within a short timespan and if I contacted support in the evening, the chatbot was actually able to give me very detailed information. When the Chatbot could not handle it, it would reply to me that it would forward my case to the ''live-team'' the next day. And so it happened. I had very detailed questions about certifications of products and the live-team took less than 1 day after the request, to give me all the documentation on the product. Absolutely standout support right there!

Subscribed to the supposedly "free" plan, but cancelled and removed the products after a few days. I didn't even have the products listed for a week and I just got a bill for $29! Don't subscribe to this app. They steal money from you.

The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!
