This app is extremely poor when it comes to customer treatment. Customer support is practically non existent, and repeated attempts to get help were met with complete silence. There is a total lack of respect for users’ time and concerns. I do not recommend this app at all until they seriously improve how they deal with their customers.

There were a lot of things I didn't know because I just started the store, and I had a lot of difficulties solving the problems in the store over the past 15 days, but it worked out well with the active help of the management team. The functionality of the app is the best, so I wanted to use it even more, and although there are problems that need to be solved in my store, I think it will be solved soon. My subscription was automatically withdrawn by $250 without any notice. And even though it's available in China, it's actually not compatible with the market, and I've just repeatedly told them to wait for 15 days, and they've just replied that they'll give me a free month. What's the point of using it for a free month when it's unavailable?

autoDS is the most powerful software and service i have seen in the space. like anything it takes time and experience to learn to use it. once you have it working it is magical.

AUTO DS is cool it would be nice to be able to pull products from amazon, bass pro, Walmart to be able to access to more of a variety of name brand products. it would also be nice to have a tutor to work with every day offered by Auto DS Auto ds is cool
