Auto DS was a life saver very user friendly I would recommend this platform to all just starting out and don't have a lot of time in your day for all the heavy lifting this platform shaves hours off your day. I greatly appreciate having this extra help maintaining.

absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it. rubbish

So far so good! Customer service has been super helpful. Set up was a breeze. The more I explore the app the more impressed I am. Thank you!

per me non sono seri , o avuto e o ancora , problemi con il abbonamento, o usato un altro account ma con lo stesso mio STORE , e li o chiesto di convertire l'abbonamento sul ultimo account, e fanno finta tonti , o prove con i pagamenti, nulla da fare, o dovuto fare un altro mensilmente, sempre con il pensiero che magari reccupero i soldi , buiooooo totale , insomma totale sono 500 euro, non ancora recuperati. ti mandano sti video tutorial e cosi via , e continuano ad avere problemi con loro prodotto , li inserisco nel store , controllando la disponibilita , continua a risultare esaurito, quindi fai figura di merda con i clienti. mi devo cercare un avocato , questi non so cosa stanno combinando.

I contacted support and eventually was helped to my satisfaction. While the app is complex and has a lot of capability, the trial is not long enough to explore its full capabilities. I still would recommend AutoDS.

Utilicé AutoDS por 14 días y luego lo desinstalé. Al intentar vincular dos tiendas tras reinstalarlo, el sistema generó varios cobros (27 €, 13 €, 11 €) sin éxito. Solicito revisión de cargos y solución sin pagos duplicados .Gracias

Don’t get it they charge you $300 even when your plan is $20 they won’t let you cap the price unless it’s above $50000

I’ve been using AutoDS for about 3 months now and honestly, I love it! It’s super easy to use, really intuitive, and has saved me so much time with product imports and order automation. Anytime I’ve had a question, their support team has been quick and super helpful. Definitely recommend it if you’re getting into dropshipping and want a tool that actually makes things easier!!

Awful Company, Auful app! First, when an test order was placed, I discovered that I was charged for the product sold much more than what I could see in the app. Support is just decorative. I provided their support team with screenshots for proof. A month later, after a dozen of emails, and after my case is sent from one of their "experts" to the "other" and they are still checking on it with their developers, telling me that it might be a bug or something & that I have to wait and be patient and understanding. Meanwhile, they can't even answer if the price I see in their admin is actually the price I buy. Still, they haven't even returned my money they used for a non existing order. STAY AWAY!!! UPDATE: I want to update my previous review and say a big thank you to Dorina for stepping in and personally assisting me. She took the time to clarify the situation and provided a clear and fair solution. While my initial experience was frustrating, I truly appreciate Dorina’s patience, professionalism, and the effort she made to make things right. Thanks to her, the issue is now resolved. Thank you Dorina for everything...you are a real treasure for this company.

I cancelled free trail and uninstalled the app because of some reason. But I got a mail from Johnny[From AutoDS] that my free trial will be end after 2 days after that I will be charged! I do not get the hell of this! I sent some mail about this at their support email. But they did not reply! Do not even think about install this app

WARNING! AutoDS is a SCAM. It doesn't work. If you ask for a refund for the trial they put you through many departments saying this is the wrong department and there is too many tickets open we'll have to close this ticket game. They refuse to give full refunds. Be warned it is a SCAM!

Very inconvenient app, with a really awkward interface. Had issues with the subscription. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend getting it. Just a headache.
