This app is extremely poor when it comes to customer treatment. Customer support is practically non existent, and repeated attempts to get help were met with complete silence. There is a total lack of respect for users’ time and concerns. I do not recommend this app at all until they seriously improve how they deal with their customers.

And even though it's available in China, it's actually not compatible with the market, and I've just repeatedly told them to wait for 15 days, and they've just replied that they'll give me a free month. What's the point of using it for a free month when it's unavailable?

Immediately after these funds were deducted, my account was suspended, and I was blocked from the platform. Currently, the order remains unfulfilled, yet I am being prompted to pay for a subscription for a service I cannot access. The level of support received from your assistant, Orion, has been entirely unhelpful and fails to address the fact that my money was taken without the corresponding service being rendered. I require the following immediate actions: Direct Contact from a Manager: I wish to speak with a supervisor regarding the "insane" timing of this account lockout immediately following a financial deposit. Refund of Managed Balance: A full refund of all funds loaded for fulfillment that were not used or were taken without order completion. Cancellation of Subscription Charges: Immediate voiding of any current or future subscription invoices while my account is inaccessible. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a fraudulent transaction with my financial institution and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). So I deactivated my account, but a month later, I was charged a "usage fee"... even though my account was deactivated. I contacted customer service for a refund because I had already deactivated my account, but they refused my request without giving me a clear reason. AUTO DS is cool it would be nice to be able to pull products from amazon, bass pro, Walmart to be able to access to more of a variety of name brand products. it would also be nice to have a tutor to work with every day offered by Auto DS Auto ds is cool

I specifically added this app following a recent youtube video which states that you can use the app to DS from Temu. Yet when I contacted support they advised me Temu isnt supported. You have misrepresented me and I demand a refund accordingly.
