I'm a novice at dropshipping and had quiet a few questions. Jeffery was absolutely fabulous at answering everything in detail. Shopify now doesn't seem such a daunting task.

To be honest, I haven't used the app. I bought it, started doing things but I just never got around to setting everything up. The support have been supernice this entire time and when I cancelled they didn't have to refund me but did without any discussion. When I get around to having more time for this I will surely return.

Great app, so far had 1 order and it went smoothly with Zendrop. Also a customer support is great, they helped me immediately with my issue.

it's the best app to source products from, they've got fast shipping times as well as prices. Also great customer service, they reply within few minutes, which is much more better than aliexpress

They are saying that there is a print on damand option, but it's not really avaialble, written as "coming soon"

Some of the features do not work as advertised. Such as the Aliexpress importer. The importer has had issues or reports of not functioning for nearly a year. Customer service in regards to any assistance in getting it to work was dissatisfying. I also made the mistake of topping up my credit balance to try and order some samples. However, you can't use the balance to do that and it was not very obviously stated as far as I can see. I will say the support agent I ended up dealing with to assist me in refunding the balance was helpful, which is the only reason I bothered to write this review.

It's been pretty good so far. The whole experience can be confusing and overwhelming but we'll worth it!

So far I only needed support so I only can write about it. I have to say I tried to use AutoDS but their customer service is more than worse! From them I got an answer in 2 days which is wow bad... And the problem I was waiting for them was a glitch in their system... All my product said "out of stock" when in reality I have no idea what those guys were doing, but horrible customer service, can't reach them at all. With Zendrop it is different. I was listing products on my store and I had a very tiny little question and they answered me WITHIN MINUTES!!! WOW they are GREATE!!! And within 2 hours everything I needed, I got all the answers, from the team and from the manufacture. So far all I can say is THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Fast customer service!!! 10/10 Zendrop!!!!

Very nice App. One of the best supplier platforms for DropShipping. It is easy to use and has an incredibly nice UI. Also you can brand you products.

I usually don't like to use the help function on websites because it is not always helpful. But Joshua helped me out and did so very quickly. He had the answers to all of my questions and I did not need to repeatedly explain my problem to a bunch of different bots and helpers to get them. I explained once to the bot and then Joshua knew the situation and helped promptly. Zendrop is great.

First off, super quick response from support, none of that waiting around nonsense. And when they got back to me, they actually knew their stuff. No vague answers or canned responses. They sorted out my problem in no time flat.

Really great customer service. Helped with basically everything i had problems with. BUT MAAYYBE LOWER THE PREMIUM PRICE!!!
