This is my first time I bought items through Zendrop. I bought three items for testing the app and the system. The app is so friendly and allows you to find products easily and buy them. Now, I am planning to use Zendrop as the source of product for my online store. Classic bait & switch BS on too many products - you see a good price on an item, then find out it costs 100x that to ship it! I want up-front pricing. Show me the total price up front. I don't have time to fool with stupid games like this.

It's a very good app and easy to use, however the search is not advanced enough. It is difficult to find products to match the title and there is no photo search, which there is in others. Order fulfillment takes a lot in general, the prices seem competitive though. They have lost 2-3 orders of mine but the support is well trained and offered a reorder soon after. What i would need more is better order and variant flexibility, meaning to be able to edit an order to add more or different variants and products.

I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.

As of right now, Im feeling good about Zendrop. They just helped me solve a problem I was having on shopify and Joanna was goated throughout the whole chat. I was all over the place, but I feel more calm and collected. Least I know the next few steps. Thanks Zendrop!
