Zendrop is incredible. The staff is great, and if you're ever stuck they always have a solution for you. They make importing from AliExpress super easy and their community hub is incredible.

Zendrop is a great platform to use with Shopify. They are always willing to help with any questions you have, and help you learn something new everytime you reach out! Great products and great support. I would love to have a customer service phone number to reach out to if it's available my only recommendation. Maybe they already do!

as a first question ,i got good answers.i was wondering about prices included shipping prices and product costs.agent was very kind to me.and i understood how to manage prices .product cost+shipping.means totals product cost on zendrop.your shop price needs to be higher to avoid losing money..and get profit

The best app pf drop shipping, I tried it without expectations and now I cant believe so helpful have been , it took some time , but wow! Also the customer service is AMAZING

best app. The team is very supportive and helps us to do better and helps us at every point and is available in 2 minutes when ever we need help. the products are not listed in the main categories like if we search home decor, there would be very less products but if we search specific products then there are whole lot of products.

I'm just getting my Shopify Store set up and had a questions about linking products i already had on my store to Zendrop for them to start fulfilling my orders for me. Customer Service answered all my questions and i feel like i have better clarity now and will definitely reach out again.

The service is friendly, making dropshipping with Zendrop feel like a family business. They genuinely care about my store and check in on me from time to time. The customer service is excellent, and they offer a wide collection of items. I would definitely recommend Zendrop to other store owners.

Revised from 2 stars to 4 after a great customer service experience. They reached out and, though my problem was not really resolved (yet) they acknowledged my complaint and at least made me feel like someone was listening!

The training courses that come along with using there service has been so helpful and I love the quantity of items they make available
