I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I just spent almost 3 hours on a live chat with two different ladies, Kelly an Jo. Why two you might ask? It is because of the time of day and a shift change. I had a major boo boo that I had done to myself and they both took their time in walking me through everything step by step. Big deal you might say. When you are new to drop shipping an e-commerce, and working with just one hand it can be VERY time consuming. In short they were Very helpful and patient with me, and I owe them a BIG DEAL of Gratitude.

Zendrop has the best customer service, they would not end the chat until I was completely satisfied. They are great at sourcing products as well, was easy to get a product to my store. So much better than AutoDS in my opinion. They give you 3 months for their plus service for at 50% off for 3 months and $200 in credits for orders, lot of time to enjoy the benefits. Getting so much sourced to my store was easy, took them 1 day to find the products that I was looking for. I will be sticking with AutoDS.

Juan as very quick and helped me navigate easily. The shipping price and cogs very low here for my product.
