For instance: If you have the plus plan, you are able to join ZDA (Zendrop Academy) where you can ask all your questions and join live coaching calls of professionals. If you want to sell a product which is not in Zendrop's catalog you can get it quoted in less than 48h. Next to that shipping times are really fast. If you like to bundle products together or have a subscription based product you can also do that. And lastly if you want to start a brand, Zendrop will provide custom labeling. By far the fastetst and best support ive ever had with dropshipping - handling return or refunds is super easy and any issue the team helps you with is resovled in minutes. this is the second account ive left 5 stars with for zendrop. not overdoing it here they are just litrally that good.

Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

Very disappointed. Not able to import products from ali express and I ordered a custom dog collar and they used the sample name and phone number on the collar zendrop won't give me a refund for my subscription I barely used it and I got the pro version.

Absolutely love their customer service every time i've gotten stuck on something they have always be so eager to help figure it out definitely recommended.
