I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared. Be careful!

they are super helpful with anything you need done, i personally recommend this if you need a good supplier. They let you test sample the products and you get them to your house before you start selling them theyre great highly recommend!

The attention I received from Zendrop is unfortunate, I have been waiting for an order for 16 days and their only response is patience, it will arrive, they are not responsible for anything because it is not their fault, the fault lies with the Chinese supplier, but If I pay Zendrop for the premium plan, what does China matter to me?
