I was having a problem connecting my store to my Zendrop account, once I traded emails with one of the support assistance, my problem was solved on no time. Now I can get my store up and running smoothly in no time.

Absolutely brilliant so far, especially for beginners! Really easy to navigate and their support system (both the bottom and the team) have been spot on with all my questions.

The customer service is great, it's fast and very efficient. As for the platform, I still use it, it is good and I have found very good products.

Zendrop has great products and amazing customer service. It is currently 1:30 AM and I was having trouble then decided to message for help and they got back with me in a matter of a couple of minutes. (Ian deserves a raise;) ) 10/10 would recommend!

I was having so much trouble connecting my 2 shopify stores to my Zendrop Plus plan. I tried for 4 days, trying to follow the instruction on Shopify Connecting/Disconnecting Accounts in Shopify without success. I am delighted to say an angel named Nyka, answered my chat in Zendrop and assisted me with successfully connecting both stores to my Zendrop Plus account and I am so grateful and feel this is the start to a beautiful business relationship with Zendrop assisting me to scale up my stores profits. Customer Service has been top notch. From quickly sourcing products to fantastic customer service, I have enjoyed setting up my store so far with their products. Overall it's a pretty easy-to-use app, I'm excited to see how the process works once I get up and running. I know they are highly recommend by many dropshipping folks and am happy to join them in saying you won't regret it.

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.

Zendrop is what you need if you are looking for getting your fulfillment handles professionally, and to make it even better they have one of the best costumer service, I just had Cyril helped me out to figure out how to get access to my pre built store

Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy. I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it. They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back. Apparently even though I had no store, I still had to decide within 5 days if I was happy with it or not! They said they would give me the store but not a refund, I did not want to continue with a company that provides misleading information to get you to sign up and then doesn't do what they say.

Super happy with the support team from Zendrop, always quick to respond and eager to help. The app is easy to use and I love searching for new products to add to my range. Great product selection. Could not recommend Zendrop highly enough.
