I have used Zendrop Support several times. They have always been prompt when replying and in resolving any issue that I had.

Great customer service and very easy to use. Products are solid and a great testing ground for new ideas. The branding features make all the difference for us.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping. I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.

Very useful app, the team is great and are always there to help! A bit pricey but you get what you want from it and more

Customer service is non existent. They'll charge you $79 even after you cancel the free trail and then they refuse to refund. Plus they add $100 to the account that's meant to be used towards orders, but when you don't have any orders they still won't return the $100 and it'll just sit in the account forever. Would not use again in the future.

I have tried other drop shipping services, I like Zendrop because they have excellent customer service, they are available to help when its needed, highly recommended.
