I would like to say I have interacted with support a couple times and their support is really really good. This last time Mariane, resolved the issue very quickly, their support has been exceptional.

Customer service is non existent. They'll charge you $79 even after you cancel the free trail and then they refuse to refund. Plus they add $100 to the account that's meant to be used towards orders, but when you don't have any orders they still won't return the $100 and it'll just sit in the account forever. Would not use again in the future.

I have tried other drop shipping services, I like Zendrop because they have excellent customer service, they are available to help when its needed, highly recommended.
