ZenDrop is great! They have support on hand and ready to help you with any questions or issues. So many resources to learn from the best about Dropshipping or POD. Not to mention the best shipping times on products and it's easy to import a product they don't have. Highly recommend!

Zendrop is actually very difficult.to use...after several attempts I was unable to integrate my shopify store with Zendrop and ultimately lost my domain that I Purchased. I would honestly Recommend using PRINTIFY for your POD needs. They have brand named products like Gildan and Nextlevel Hanes etc. And shipping is fast in the USA.. I ordered last week and am expecting clothing by tommorrow morning...not weeks in transit....So far I'm very Happy with (Printify). **I Would not recommend zendrop**

very professional customer support, just that some products arent available when i sent a product request, but if you guys can fix that then everything else is perfect! and maybe the speed on the product requests can use some work too since ive had requests take like 5 days to return. but overall a good experience just the speed and product availabilty needs work.

Zendrop is great for dropshipping. I especially love their customer service - I am up at all hours working on my business and I can rely on their customer service team to respond in a timely matter. Sometimes even at a very odd hour. Despite some technical issues they experience periodically on their end (which is understandable since they are also a business that is constantly improving), I still think Zendrop is the best on the market and is my primary dropshipping vendor. I highly recommend Zendrop

Zendrop support is much superior to Shopify support. There support assistants are unmatched and I really mean it 24/7 support Super fast replies Always finding solutions.

It is clear to me that Zendrop is not ready to handle massive orders they are very slow I just did the test I received a couple of orders for the same product and I split it between zendrop and Dsers My Dsers order already arrived to my customer but the Zendrop order hasn’t arrived yet, I also believe in the monopoly going on and the game of affiliate Zendrop is clearly spending lots of money on that because almost everyone out there keep mentioning Zendrop but in reality Zendrop makes lots of mistakes and they take their sweet time to fulfill orders. So think about before you spend money here oh by the way they are a lot expensive than any other platform.

I wanted to share a very pleasant experience, I will say right away, Zendrop support is the best support I have ever met, when adding a product from Zendrop to Shopify, I had an unknown problem, I wrote to support, they told me that it was just a technical problem, and within 24 hours it was solved, after which I faced the problem that I could not add several variants of the product at a time, although I did not have any publication of the product on Shopify, accordingly, the limit was not broken, within a few hours, zendrop support contacted the supply manager of this product, and told him to resize this product and by the next morning it was all sorted, thanks Jacob for your help
