I have installed the app today and started extensively testing - had to contact support as we have a lot of custom code and also I did not read the knowledge base. Alene from support support was absolutley amazing and walked me through all the steps and helped me fix all issues. I will update the review once we finish translating the entire website.

Super customer service :) Giselle was really helpful General things about the app is fine however if some features is added it would be great. Most critical one is: Ability to automatically translate or change the photos or videos in product descriptions.

I try several app for translation before. But this app is the best for the price. I would recommend to use DeepL Api for a perfect tranlation.

Transcy app is very easy to use, they have many options to customize your settings and make your store look more unique, professional and lovely. I have been an user of this app for quite a few months now. I think they have the worst customer support I have ever seen in my life. Robotic answers, no empathy and after using their app and activating a 129$ option that I DID NOT USE AT ALL for 3 months, they did not even want to help with a partial refund. I will NEVER recommend using this app and I truly encourage you to go and try other options that have better support. My review is purely based on the support and how they did not want to help AT ALL. imagine spending 400$ on a software that you did not use AT ALL and then, after confirming that the basic option will still be active and you will continue to pay them monthly, they are not willing to help with a credit at least. Anyway, hope this helps you guys!

From customer service to the pricing everything was beyond terrible. I'm being charged for +70 usd although my plan is supposed to charge much less. I've uninstalled it, and it still charges me. I don't know how to stop this and there is no help.

The support agents are the best! They are in quick in responding and addressing any issue or quetions.
