Nightmare, been dealing with "Anna" explaining that some sections in all languages are NOT translating, related products on our product page have no images, the only advice i get is "Please run it again" wasted so much time on this during this week, And i was going to pay for the biggest subscription. Avoid at all costs. This app nearly tanked my store. It broke all currencies except two. As a result, most customers saw the wrong prices—until checkout, where the price suddenly jumped back to default. This alone slashed my sales by around 30% over the week it was installed. After uninstalling, my sales rebounded by 50%. That says everything. Customer support? A joke. First, an obnoxious AI chatbot wastes your time with canned responses. Then, when you do reach a human, they reply with condescension—acting like the issue is in your head. Meanwhile, I was getting angry emails from customers accusing my store of bait-and-switch tactics. I even sent them a Loom recording clearly showing the issue. I know they watched it—Loom notified me. But hours passed with no response. That’s when I pulled the plug. In five years of running e-commerce stores, I’ve only left one or two negative reviews. This? Easily the worst app experience I’ve had. Tech-wise, it’s slow. Conversion rate? Down 30%. No other changes were made during that time, so the cause is obvious. Zero stars. I genuinely don’t understand how this app is still popular.

There were problems with the app not starting, and there is little integration with third party apps such as Judge.me. Not recommended.

Great support. I had to leave my desk while waiting to be transferred to an agent. When I got back, I had an email in my inbox with the request for more information. I was able to quickly reconnect with the agent, and in less than 10 minutes, he fixed my problem.

We tried so many different translation apps and there was always something wrong in the translation or the app was altering the structure of the website (which you never want). This one is the best in terms of translation, but also in terms of usage! The connection with Openai makes the translation super accurate and it keeps the tone of voice of the website (which is very important). The app itself is easy to navigate. Also, the customer service is top notch. They make sure to help you out and to see if everything is set up right. Would 100% recommend this app.

When I first subscribed, there was some initial customer support available. However, shortly after, all responses came from automated virtual assistants only — even email inquiries received no human response. My issues remain unresolved, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Ich möchte einfach dass mein Shop in unterschiedliche Sprachen übersetzt wird und bin nun seit drei Tagen mit scheinbar einer KI am schreiben. Teilweise wird dieselbe Fragen mehrmals nacheinander gestellt. Ich zahle 29,90 Eur für diese App. Aber nach aktuellem Stand ist es rausgeschmissenes Geld. Denn eine Übersetzung sehe ich immer noch nicht in meinem Shop und scheinbar ist man nicht in der Lage das Problem zu fixen. Ich werde die App deinstallieren und möchte aber dass man mir mein Geld vorher erstattet!

Had some problems with the switcher but Andy got it fixed really quick. We are working on another fix righ now, the support is great. Not 5 stars right now because we are in the middle of a fix , so I migh come back and write a 5 star review. Very good experience with support.

Édit : finalement trop de problèmes j’ai dû arrêter d’utiliser l’app et la désinstaller malgré les heures passées dessus. Un bug gênant sur mon thème, les traductions que je rentrais manuellement était écrasé par une traduction automatique de mauvaise qualité L'app n'est pas évidente à prendre en main. Si on veut utiliser l'IA, il faut l'offre à 60€ min. sinon c'est très cher pour traduire 1€ les 1000 mots ... J'ai rencontré quelques bugs au démarrage mais le support a été au top et à tout régler dans la journée. Une amélioration qui serait bienvenue serait de pouvoir mettre un contexte aux IA pour la traduction, ici on peut corriger quelques mots en automatiques grâce au glossaire mais ce n'est pas suffisant.

I've been using the AI Transcy app for a while now, and I have to say — their customer support is absolutely top-notch! Anytime I had a question or needed help, their team responded quickly, patiently, and with a real desire to solve the issue. It's rare to find such responsive and genuinely helpful support these days. The app itself works great for translations and localization, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible support behind it. Highly recommended!
