I have been charged for it even though I didnt use it!!! It slows down my website hence uninstalled but looks like I am forced to pay, anyways.

I had an issue with a sentence that had been removed in my main language but was still visible in certain other languages. I contacted customer service about this, and they helped me quickly and efficiently. The problem was resolved the same day.

I have an issue with my store and Eleanor steps in right after i sent the inquiry request and all my issue was solved promptly.

seriously, the app is really hard to use, I want the currency show only two decimals but I cannot, only can edit one by one manually which takes forever, I asked customer service they said they cannot help either. Now the default USD currency suddenly showing 3 decimals and I cannot edit either.The translation is also very bad

Anne from Support was a big help. The App layout is user-friendly and it offers several setting options. The Support team answers promptly and we could address my issues efficiently. The translation works very well also for difficult languages such as bulgarien.

Still trying to figure out all the functions. So far, I can see that this app offers more than most other apps do. The biggest advantage is that they have a live chat. Andy from customer support helped us a lot so far.
