Customer service was good, and Andy was helpful. The app is easy to set up and manage. My only issue is that only the editable languages have a custom URL like example/language-market.com. Depending on your subscription plan between 1 to 20 languages will have a custom URL.

This is the perfect app for translating into various languages. Some parts can be a bit confusing, but their online live chat is very efficient at solving problems. I would have given it 5 stars. The only reason for a 4-star is that their price structure can get quite expensive as you scale your business, but this is only a concern for very large-scale stores.

The support team exceeded my expectations and answered all my questions. I didn’t have to wait long; I received a response within 2 minutes of my initial inquiry.

Hands down one of the most difficult apps to use on shopify. the customer support takes 5-10 mins to respond to any question. and most of them have no clue how transcy works. I am exhausted after talking with 3 customer support reps who had no idea the basics of this app... Go elsewhere guys. don't be fooled by the fake reviews. I am gonna try to get a refund and deleting this app asap. sheesh... There are MUCH better apps for this job that are muchhh easier to use.. Hands down the hardest app on shopify... no contest.

I have installed the app today and started extensively testing - had to contact support as we have a lot of custom code and also I did not read the knowledge base.
