Still trying to figure out all the functions. So far, I can see that this app offers more than most other apps do. The biggest advantage is that they have a live chat. Andy from customer support helped us a lot so far.

Bugs, bugs, bugs 2-3 bugs per week, they have very fast customer service actually but i need to keep an eye on this app every day so that it doesnt destroy our company, there was a bug where it was duplicating the price digits from 98 to 9998 and made zero sales on that day trying to figure out what was going on... turns out that Transcy had ANOTHER one bug...

The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.

Customer service was good, and Andy and Eleanor were helpful. The app is easy to set up and manage. My only issue is that only the editable languages have a custom URL like example/language-market.com. Depending on your subscription plan between 1 to 20 languages will have a custom URL.
