Haven't tried the app yet, since the final decision is up to my superior. But the support from Nova (one of their staff) was very quick and delivered in a precise manner. If possible, hope we could work together.

Great app once setup, help articles are a bit tricky to understand, but support is happy to help you sort out any hiccups and get your app setup to work as it should.

I installed the app for only 15 minutes to try it out and removed it from my store because it wasn't useful. There was a free trial and I took advantage of it. They will see for themselves that I deleted it after only 15 minutes. However, I saw that they reflected the monthly fee on my bill. This is nothing but a scam, I do not recommend you to use it.
