I'm glad to have found T-Labs as a potential solution. We first tested the free version before upgrading to the paid package as a replacement for our previous apps. In terms of pricing and support, I find both aspects reasonable. A great advantage is that they even helped customize the language switcher location, and our Shopify SEO ranking improved (also related to the URL structure). As for support response times, it’s understandable that there may be some delays due to different time zones.

The app is easy to use, thanks to the glossary the translations can be pretty accurate, but for some wording it needs to be reviewed manually. Their customer support is very reactive and helpful, it takes less than 10mn to solve any problem!
