I've been having problems with the Market translation for a few days now. No one from Shopify support can help me. After 6 days of the translation headache, I decided to install Transcy get help with their support. And guess what???? In just 5 minutes every single translation problem on my end is fixed! It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. With the combination of real time translation but the ability to manually translate almost everything, it has worked out to be a perfect solution for our organization.

Have tried them with my store to translate in various languages. Surprisingly by using them my pages started getting de indexed by google. The reason mentioned by google was user defined canonical tag. We tried to contact them and they could not figure out the problem. They asked us to approach google. Later we had to uninstall them and now my pages are indexed by google. Use them with your own risk.

Ein super Support und eine App die zum Großteil einfach zu bedienen ist. Der freundliche und immer verfügbare Support hat mir geholfen alte Fehler aus meinem Theme zu beheben, so das ich jetzt wieder übersetzen kann. Super arbeit! Die App ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut und lässt sich gut bedienen, doch würde ich mir wünschen das ich jede Seite oder Section einzeln mit dem jeweiligen gesamten Inhalt aufrufen kann, um sie zu übersetzen. Momentan muss ich in die Suchleiste jeden Begriff eingeben um sie übersetzen zu können. Mit dieser Verbesserung steigt nochmal die Übersichtlichkeit.

Great useable app, lots of functionality to edit the widget from a design standpoint. Would be great to have more options regarding where to place the widget on the screen. For mobile it would be good to have it at the bottom right of the screen.

I had a minor issue with Shopify product variants not displaying after switching the language, using the Transcy app. The support team were easily available through live chat, responded to me within minutes, and had the issue resolved shortly after. Fantastic level of support, I am very happy with our decision to use Transcy for our Japanese online store.

At first I was very unhappy with this App, because it looked as if they had charged me during my free trial. And also because I had trouble finding how to manually modify translations and change the position of the switcher. But the Customer Service reached out to me and explained everything clearly and in detail. They also said I was still able to cancel the plan during my trial. So I believe we will keep the subscription, since it's clear the team is happy to help in case of issues.
