This has been the most horrendous app. I thought meta's app was bad but this one wins. This app has ONE JOB! ONE. JOB. To connect shopify to tik tok. It has failed to do that in every single way possible so far. This app will NOT do the following: 1. Sync my warehouse info to tik tok shipping (I added 3x and opened support cases still nothing) 2. Connect my shopify to a tik tok business account (It kept telling me to create a business account it did this multiple times) 3. After I connected a business account and funded it, but it doesn't connect to shopify app so I cannot run any of the campaigns for ads I made in the shopify app 4. Now when I try to make a support ticket using my business center acccount ID, it tells me the ID doesn't exist. Horrible experience. Please fix this app.

Found a way in the end. I initially struggled, lots information and recommendations that can caused confusion. I also tried to follow videos on YouTube, that only added more confusion, lots of conflicting advice and sales oriented contents.

My experience in the last few years with Tik Tok has been actually amazing its a great way to branch out and meet other people and market yourself and your growing or new business as well!

I've had such a hard time using this plug in with Shopify. It doesn't really work when you have different SKUs. I've opted to just manage separately. I wish I could figure a way to work together but it's add more work vs. supporting.

Deberían tener precios mas competitivos y dar un espacio al cliente para ver si efectivamente funciona. cobran por adelantado 500usd sin saber si el producto va a tener la acogida necesaria. Deberían cobrar una tarifa básica, si funciona pues entonces si cobrar la tarifa fijada. Ah y ponerla en varios idiomas, que problema para traducir.

Well, I had zero knowledge coming into this onboarding process.And hands down, by far this was the easiest to understand; the setup was simple, and the language was easy to comprehend; it was so nice. I actually felt satisfied when I was done knowing everything was checked as I went along in the process of setting things up. If I had to use on e quote, in describing my experience, it would be "So simple a caveman could do it!"

It’s fairly understandable for somebody who’s dyslexic like me. He kind of helps and detail for me to better understand it because I am a creator and an influencer are really good at what I do, but sometimes I need a little more detail but overall it’s great.

I know its effective but expensive at the same time... a little disadvantage for the beginners... If there is anything like giving 3 months to try it in less amount then increase the fees to normal...could definitely the beginners.
