It was a terrible experience. I never got the issue to set up Tiktok on my store resolved. I would not recommend using Tiktok.

It was very user friendly, even for those who are not IT technicians in our spare time. Now I just hope I get sales!

The integration of tiktok shop and shopify is very frustrating. Really makes you want to pull your hair out. Nothing synchronizes the way it should. When I go through their chat system it's another 40 minutes of getting a live person, then the live person also gives you a run around. Terrible terrible experience.

There was some bumps in setting it up, but the learning curve was not as hard as I through it would be.

To check back after a couple of days to make sure everything is fully synced. I was able to set up my shop really easily, but after I noticed I had missed a few steps to make my shop fully functional. Really love how easy it was to be able to connect my shopify store to Tik Tok. Thankful I do not have to upload on another platform.

I'm suggesting all small-scale business and seller, do-not work with TikTok seller. Reason: No seller support; very- sensitive for buyer, huge loss making opportunity and you will ended up with frustration and loss. I'm a Marketing professional working for past 10 years with Marketplaces and can tell you TikTok Selling has worst-echo system ever for Seller.

This app is able to import and sync available inventory. However it does a poor job of importing product details. If you have more than a handful of products it is a nightmare to fix all the errors. 1. It ignores the channel setting in Shopify. Unchecking the TikTok channel in Shopify will not remove the product from the TikTok shop 2. TikTok uses both a Brand field and a Manufacturer field. Both of which ignore the Vendor setting in Shopify. 3. There are a large number of required fields in the TikTok shop that are not in Shopify, so you have to set all of them manually. There is a template, but it only works for a single Brand. There is no way to bulk edit a single field. 4. The product categories do not use the Amazon or Google system which leads to some bizarre classifications. For example, Art Supplies are listed under Computer & Office Equipment.

There was a lot of nuance to this process but the experience was made easier with the step by step instructions.
