TikTok / Verkäufer Center ist der dümmste Müll hier funktioniert garnichts. System ist komplett instabil hier funktioniert aber auch wirklcih rein GARNICHTS !!!! Beim Kundensupport arbeiten auch nur Versager, die nix drauf haben ausser Zahnbelag.. Spart euch die Nerven und scheisst auf die Plattform.. Egal welches Thema man sitzt eine Woche lang dran und wird immer frustrierter..

A TOTAL PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! After it took AGES to register as a seller on Tiktok, I wanted to synchronize my products between Shopify an TikTok, but as I try to synchronize the window stays in boot mode (the booting circle symbol turn endless) and whether I refreshed the Browsers, cleared the Cache or switched Browsers (Firefox & Chrome), I contacted the support, but they couldn't help either. In total the plugin is a fail, but instantly after installation it expects you to rate this $h1t with 5 stars. Although, other sellers somehow must have managed to synchronize their products... I guess.

So far so good. Very straight forward. Hope once the product has been reviewed I can start with my first campaign.

Once everything was completed on TikTok's side, the sync process with my products was seamless and smooth. Easier than Amazon in my opinion.

II am not sure who submitted this, but it we have been trying to get on TicTok since may, I have had heatied conversations with your personell who acknowledged the problem but kept sending me back to go. I lost a lot of valuable time, and money trying to get approved (and I still get emails saying I am not approved) and not being able to sell. This is my prime season and I am just getting up and running. While TikToc is a good tool, the process me was absolutely ridiculous. I am a legitimate business with my own location, not selling out of my kitchen or bedroom and I had the hardest time because I use my home - (I have a office at home) for my mailing address not my leased brick and mortar. May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov... Then we had problems connecting with Shopifly, which should have been easy. We are in, now I hope all the drama pays off!

Setting up my TikTop ad was really easy! I thought that I was going to have to do a lot of writing, downloading and all that comes with setting up ads, but it was actually user friendly, just a few clicks of a button! Thanks for making this extremely simple to set up! They even choose a product to run the ad, how cool is that!

Having worked with interfaces for other shops extensively (and repeatedly), the interface with TikTok is a dream! Make a change and it actually happens. What a delight.

Eine gut strukturierte und benutzerfreundliche App, mit der man schnell einen Shop einrichten und betreiben kann. Sollten Fragen in verschiedenen Einrichtungsstadien bestehen, ist die Academy ein hilfreiches Tool, welches ebenfalls einfach zu nutzen ist und einen schnell zum Ziel führt. Äußerst hilfreich sind auch die vielen Aktionen, die TikTok hier startet. Anreize, mehr Produkte hochzuladen oder Videos zu produzieren, etc. Ich empfehle die App jedem, der mit dem Gedanken spielt, online einen Shop zu betreiben.

I truly don't understand why you insist you can't verify the documents I send. I'll never understand it. It is not as stressful as i thought, it's worth connecting it to your shopify store and quick to set up

It will be wonder full experience in Pakistan because Shopify has allowed TikTok e-commerce platform.
