Most straightforward set-up I have run across in a while. I created the account, entered my business info, then imported my product, and Taaadaah!! It was done! Thank you, TIKTOK, for making this part of my onboarding so simple.

I only advertise the products for Shopify Collective Suppliers. I don't any warehouse locations unless the Supplier provides the information.

I keep trying to add my Shopify account, and it keeps telling me that I have already bound another account. I have tried to contact support and have yet to get any help to fix this issue.

Very simple to connect to my Shopify Store. Immediately able to start selling my streetwear designs! Super happy with integration and simplicity of how TikTok made it to create posts for my items.

Soy nueva en TikTok, es muy entretenida la aplicación, e muy fácil de usar, tiene muchas herramientas para mejorar fotos y el costo es bastante moderado en comparación con otras redes. Yo lo recomiendo, creo que es la aplicación del futuro.

Can't figure out how to verify mi business informations. I sent them 3 official certificate in order to validate my account, but nothing seems to work. I AM UNABLE (like many others people) TO VERIFY MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. After 6 days and something like 10 attempts, I gave up.. ONE STAR, fucking TIKTOK

App connect niet met TikTok, blijft voor eeuwig laden. Als je een supportvraag wilt indienen geeft hij weer een foutmelding.

Lots of verifications but all easy and their systems seemed to handle each call and action really well so it made it a smooth process.

Glitches out doesn't auto upload products. Have fixed mapping several times & still says not mapped. Constantly getting sync failed for no reason checked everything. It should be a seemless app but def not

Pessimo! Dopo aver configurato tutto, l'app mi da alcuni prodotti sincronizzati e la possibilità di fare le campagne, entro nel seller e non c'è un prodotto sincronizzato! Bisogna fare un modulo di categoria dove si potrebbero raggruppare più prodotti, ma non è possibile in quanto tra i campi obbligatori chiede le misure!!!! Abbiamo oltre 4000 prodotti e ognuno ha una misura diversa....Chiede il certificato per vendere in UK quando il negozio è abilitato a vendere solo in Italia.....se avete grandi negozi sappiate che dovrete perdere tempo per ogni prodotto ad inserire ogni dettaglio. Pessimo!
