I have been trying for months to connect my tik tok shop but it never works. I always have to delete it all and start from the begining because I can never reach the next step. Now its asking for confimation with a code with your number but i never receive a code. I can never contibue to the next step

This is untraceable software...that's why they tried to shut it down in government offices, I am here because its safe, let's pray it stays user friendly and doesn't sell out to the man.

Extremely frustrating experience with this App. My TikTok ads account gets suspended just minutes after launching any campaign, without any clear reason or meaningful explanation. Their support is essentially non-existent, consisting only of automated bot responses that don’t address the issue. I run the exact same Shopify store and product catalog on Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest without any problems or policy violations. TikTok is the only platform where this has happened, and unfortunately, there’s no real path to resolution.

It's a bloody nightmare. I can't synchronize with the products in my store so many items have prices that are outdated or descriptions that have been edited. I can't remove deleted items from the mapping page so I get constant reminders that I'm not fully mapped but there is nowhere to delete these things from the app. I can't mass deactivate or delete things that have sold and when I do remove something it still shows in my tiktok store. The whole thing is clunky to use and tells me I've got brand conflicts or copyright issues for using names like Pandora, Chloe and Clio (none of which were pertinent to my items and none of my items were copyright issues but purely because the names have also been used by corporations. I had one order in the time I've been using it and that was cancelled by tiktok without word or reason, no explanation about why the order was rejected by them or how they dealt with it. They may well have upset a potential customer and I've no idea about it.

Starting the TikTok shop through Shopify was easier than I thought. I imagined having challenges but it's been pretty straightforward.

TikTok app will not sync my products, their FAQ says to contact TikTok support if sync fails, TikTok support is completely useless and sends me on a "contact us" loop for over 2 weeks and achieves nothing.

Set up was easy after a little hiccup with a photo of my license. Hopefully we'll see sales starting soon!

Setting up business account was fairly easy and self explanatory. I was able to quickly get setup and connected to the platform easily.

It was a terrible experience. I never got the issue to set up Tiktok on my store resolved. I would not recommend using Tiktok.

It was very user friendly, even for those who are not IT technicians in our spare time. Now I just hope I get sales!

The integration of tiktok shop and shopify is very frustrating. Really makes you want to pull your hair out. Nothing synchronizes the way it should. When I go through their chat system it's another 40 minutes of getting a live person, then the live person also gives you a run around. Terrible terrible experience.

I have problem with linking accounts and syncing from 4 months. Wrote several emails, the from for submitting and report issue also doesn't work. Absolutely annoying!
