We’ve had a terrible experience with this app. After identifying a major bug, documenting it in a video, and submitting countless support tickets to TikTok, we continue to receive copy-paste messages as if the issue were our fault for not knowing how to configure the app. We generate six figures in sales on TikTok Shop, and it’s unbelievable how we’ve been ignored and disregarded. This is no way to treat sellers.

The setup steps are easy to follow however, when you are linked to another site like Shopify- TikTok automatically scans your site for all products and posts them without you choosing what to post on TikTok so it was a scramble to get control over that as I have many items for sale that I don't necessarily want on TikTok due to the 3 day turn around rule.

Using Tiktok for business was a little intimidating, but it ended up being a great setup - step by step and help with anything along the way.

Extremely easy set up - I have very limited experience with IT so this was a huge relief to be able to do this myself without seeking help
