To exit the probation period, you must make multiple sales, but that is nearly impossible when you have no control over what is being sold. If your store offers both digital products and IRL clothing, and the random 100 items are all digital, you are stuck waiting another day for another random sync. This system is neither efficient nor helpful for brands that sell multiple product types. I want to use this app to grow my clothing business, not my digital items, yet there is no way to edit or control this. Customer support provides no solution and simply tells you to try again the next day. There is also no way to bypass probation, even for established stores. I am not sure if this app will be useful for anyone trying to grow their business. It seems quite frustrating and needs a redesign. Looking at all sales channels, the configuration is simple and intuitive. The basic configuration made immediately after creating an account and further steps related to verification and connecting other accounts are quick, both in terms of simple solutions, clear messaging and the performance of management pages.
