Once everything was completed on TikTok's side, the sync process with my products was seamless and smooth. Easier than Amazon in my opinion.

I thought that I was going to have to do a lot of writing, downloading and all that comes with setting up ads, but it was actually user friendly, just a few clicks of a button! Thanks for making this extremely simple to set up! They even choose a product to run the ad, how cool is that!

Anreize, mehr Produkte hochzuladen oder Videos zu produzieren, etc. Ich empfehle die App jedem, der mit dem Gedanken spielt, online einen Shop zu betreiben.

You simply don't want me to work with you. I've tried to create my account three times, sending absolutely everything you request—company documents, etc.—and you close it again. The last time, I had already configured everything, including company bank accounts, and after several days of operation, you closed it again. My company is a legally registered business, and my credentials are authentic. I haven't had any problems with any other platform, only with you. I truly don't understand why you insist you can't verify the documents I send. I'll never understand it. Besides, your technical support is terrible, and everything seems to be reviewed by AI, not real people. I'm completely disappointed.

It is not as stressful as i thought, it's worth connecting it to your shopify store and quick to set up

From start the experience was good, when i publish my campaigns the result was amazing but gradually the results is getting down. Although I increase the budget but the sale was drop so speedy and the result i turned off the campaign. My request is please maintain the sales flow. I want to spend on tiktok much more than meta or google but the issue with the tiktok is on start of the campaign tiktok bring the sales but with the passage of time they don't maintain the result.

**This platform has been incredibly frustrating.** I connected the TikTok app to my Shopify store—which was already performing well—because I wanted to increase product visibility and direct customers to my Shopify store from TikTok (similar to FB&IG). I assumed that orders placed through TikTok would be managed via Shopify, but I was very wrong. TikTok prioritises customer engagement on its app, which means it applies discounts and free shipping to sellers’ listings without giving sellers the option to opt in or out. After receiving two orders where customers were granted free shipping—despite my shipping profiles being correctly set up—I had no choice but to cancel the orders, as they were placed without any shipping fees being paid. The seller also bears the cost of free shipping, and deductions are made from your payout in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. I initially thought the shipping setup was incorrect, so I contacted support. Upon further investigation, I discovered that TikTok had automatically listed all my products at 40% off, with free shipping on orders over £22. None of these settings were configured on my end. I strongly believe that sellers should have full control over what discounts and offers are applied to their products/services. Additionally, having shipping managed through TikTok’s platform added unnecessary steps to my existing Shopify fulfilment process, complicating operations that were already running smoothly. These are my personal views, but ultimately, I chose to deactivate my TikTok store. Based on this experience, I don’t believe selling on the platform is currently viable or profitable for my business—either now or in the long term.

Tiktok suspended and deactivated my Tiktok SHOP before i could even get started. I have had zero violations.
