I am having a lot of product sync issues and cannot get support from tiktok. When listing new products on shopify they will not compile to the sync list and there is no sync new products tab like there is in the help videos.

Stay away from Tiktok for business, connecting to nowhere, you can't find the comparing you created and the they system dose not allow you to open tickets no phone support

Zero customer support. They have a chat box that remains unanswered. Their shop mangement page has an error. It shows to refresh or content customer support. Customer support does not respond. Tiktok orders transfer into Shopify with astericks so we cannot see the full address.

It was difficult to navigate at first. I don't understand why the seller center and business center is not connected. They are not easy to find. Overall the rest of the set up was easy.

I'm only rating as to the initial setup of the app and linking it to my shopify account. It was extremely easy to setup the app literally walks you step by step throughout the entire process. This was probably one of the easiest apps to setup and link. great job TikTok. After i use the app I can rate based on the usage as well but for now only setup.

My variants will not map correctly. Anytime I manually map, if any updates happen to the product, it will create an orphan product and break the mapping. I have tried working with their support and had it escalated only for the ticket to be closed without any help. When I opened another help ticket, it was immediately closed again.

So far so good, easy set up, but now need to see what happens next and what I need to do to make it work

I have been attempting connect my TikTok shop for more than a month. The directions and guidance is contradicting. The seller module is not user friendly. I'm going to end up taking my shop elsewhere because I'm unable to upload products, get a business verification or connect the correct account. I wanted to give zero starts but I was forced to give one star against my will.

It's was easy setup. Alot of options is great but for some people it can be overwhelming and hard to figured out everything. Especially with all these different accounts. It can be confusing. And if you think about it, most people trying to use it are everyday people who are most likely beginners. I think it would be a cool idea to make a quick cheat sheet with an overview with visuals to help explain the overall process and how it is all linked together. Alot of people learn by visuals and hands on...that's all just a thought. Thank you.

Its okay. There's a lot of steps and repeating the same information so many times in so many different places. It takes days for approvals and requests. It's been a frustrating experience. I'm not an idiot either.
