It was easy to set up. Hoping the approval process will go smoothly as well so I can get started quickly.

Onboarding was terrible! The product import process is too bulking and auto features are highly inaccurate. The worst thing about this is TikTok encrypts order details in Shopify, so you can't use Shopify or other third part apps to ship items... I understand protecting customer data, but many seek a solution so businesses don't need multiple ways to get orders out the door. Other than that, the app is stable and works as intended.

Integration was a constant pain. When we imported our products 80% failed verification with no explanation and would not verify after multiple amendments. Raised a support ticket for help, got nowhere and they market the ticket as resolved despite not addressing the issue. The core issue appears to be over the name of our products, which are factually accurate and design-inspired names, yet they appear to breach some standards. There appears to be no way to have a human review the products to see that they meet the guidelines and I don't expect they will amend the algorithm any time soon. Awful experience thus far.

This was the easiest set up. The tiktok shop setup was a breeze. When I submitted the wrong info I was given a step by step explanation of the issue and what was needed to fix. Would highly recommend.

worked great april 2024 now september 2024 no product sync from shopify to tiktok and visa versa so inventory is always wrong on 1 of them and tiktok dont seem to help when i do tickets. nothing but stress now

No support at all, in fact the whole TikTok app is shocking as it is. Can only speak with a robot that does nothing. We have over 5,000 products and this didn't sync stock count and other features. All it did was import a title with images but not the rest, so all items unavailable anyway. It's a waste of time as this may need to be all added manually. Won't be wasting more time with this shocking app

after finding my busines and ads account everything went well really good and powerful platform. good for marketing and setting up new business. hope it goes well. wish me luck as im broke. =(
