It was easy to set up, following the instructions; I have not used this app yet; this is about setup only. But once I had my campaign set, I wanted to pay, at the bottom of the process asked for a town or country the only thing available was your US States and I'm CANADIAN.

Exceptional. Was easy to work with and did just about everything with a few clicks of the mouse and keyboard.

At the end , the button "create pixel" should be renamed "add more pixel accounts" or something to avoid confusion, i ended up creating 1 more pixel when the first was created automaticaly.

The set up process was good for the most part but there were times where when Id enter a date it would always put the day back by one or the year back by one. For instance I enter 02/14/2025, it would put 01/13/2024.

It’s a team effort to set up and run a shop. Unless you’re a social media mid-level expert, or have a team helping you, you can’t possibly get the benefits that are available. For a simple shop keeper, and made etc making the move to sell online, it’s overwhelming. But try.

I am just getting started with selling through TikTok shop and I excited to be using yawl's platform.

I would say TikTok Ads are a very good way to scale your business. I've just starting using them so I wouldn't really know but the way they make it so easy for you to do everything is amazing. I recommend this to anyone reading this and great work TikTok. Can't wait to run my first campaign!

I felt that the amount of documents and personal information you requested was a bit excessive. It felt intrusive.

By far the easiest setup for a major social media marketing channel. A welcomed surprise after years of FB/IG being the opposite of easy.

it was easy to set up. but I kept running into errors for a few months. It wasn't loading my products to tiktok or allowing them to be sold.

The app is great! Setting up for selling was somewhat tedious. Make sure you have all your documents ready before completing the application.

Onboarding was terrible! The product import process is too bulking and auto features are highly inaccurate. The worst thing about this is TikTok encrypts order details in Shopify, so you can't use Shopify or other third part apps to ship items... I understand protecting customer data, but many seek a solution so businesses don't need multiple ways to get orders out the door. Other than that, the app is stable and works as intended.

Very Very difficult to get approved, took me many tries but I am persistent hoping all I went through will be performing well

Integration was a constant pain. When we imported our products 80% failed verification with no explanation and would not verify after multiple amendments. Raised a support ticket for help, got nowhere and they market the ticket as resolved despite not addressing the issue. The core issue appears to be over the name of our products, which are factually accurate and design-inspired names, yet they appear to breach some standards. There appears to be no way to have a human review the products to see that they meet the guidelines and I don't expect they will amend the algorithm any time soon. Awful experience thus far.

Its fine once you get in but I had problems loading documents from my phone because the whole screen was not displaying. It would also be nice to have step by step more obvious
