A complete disaster—after connecting a shop, it can’t be disconnected, and there’s constantly an “rpc call error]}” message. Support can’t do anything other than suggest using incognito mode. My God, what a nightmare in the 21st century.

Products not syncing to Tiktok seller, we reinstalls their app 3 times. Endless talks to their TikTok support didn't help, I'm starting to think that TikTok are using bots for support

Be very careful of violating any Tiktok policies. They will shut your shop and withhold all the funds that they owe you regardless of whether you are in the right. Their Appeals process is unfair.

Tik tok has made it such a hard platform to use. This is the third time that they’ve closed my store and I finally was invited to TikTok shop and had my Shopify my products ready to sync over and out of the blue. I woke up one morning and my shop was closed would not let me appeal it it said it was closed andFebruary this is August and for the last few months I’ve been selling on my business page and I was on TikTok shop all the sudden closed one morning and said had been since February it’s August btw now so a.i or whatever sucks Boone to ever talk to or no real help if you have an issue not even worth it at this point m about to give up

Popular, no hoops to jump thru. In less than 24 hrs I've gotten more attention referencing my business than I have in over a month paying for expensive click bait ads on other platforms. I wish I'd of just stuck with Tiktok to start with. ❤️

Its was easy to install and easy to setup. All though if it was a voice over walking u through the app going step by step and guiding you through it would be very helpful because some people learn by vocal and some by nonvocal setup apps

Objetivamente la aplicación es muy mala para un país como Colombia, no ves resultados, cuesta mucho el día y nunca sabes si la gente vio la campaña o no, no la recomiendo, no pierdan el dinero por lo menos en Colombia.
