Terrible frustrating experience! I could not connect my existing tiktok account to my shopify account. And getting assistance has been impossible.

this was a easy setting process, it sounds like they really want the creator and seller to be successful. I would love to see more detail videos how to set up and sell , we aim to be successful. We are honored to have the privilege to set up shop here. thanks

I just wanted to say creating the TikTok pixel for tracking purposes and adding it to your Shopify account is super easy and straightforward once you have created your business and ad accounts. You don't need any other application and the process was totally free. I can't wait to start creating a lookalike audience and utilising the platform to increase conversations and revenue.

I was invited to create a shop through Shopify. I was so excited to open this new sales channel, but I soon became so disappointed. I connected everything through my Shopify account but didn't realize that TikTok required additional information, even though Shopify already had ALL that information. They permanently closed my account. After trying to chat for help to see if anything could change this, I was told there wasn't a solution. Not something any business owner likes to hear. Now, the only way I can activate a new one is to create a new email and phone number. This makes it easier to create fraudulent accounts. No wonder so many consumers say they buy things and end up getting knockoffs on TikTok. I would never buy anything. I will not set up an account until they let sellers reopen accounts.

great my ads are not running yet, over all I don't have a problem with TikTok I use them on a regular basis. and there great as far as my experience. I recommend TikTok for anybody after all i market and promote their products. i am an affiliate of TIKTOK. Thumbs up!
