I am learning to use these platforms for my business and they have made it very easy to follow instructions.

This application was so easy to install and integrate that I had to double check to make sure I had completed the task.

It has been a bit of a process due to having to make sure I live where I say I live even though my drivers license says where I live. Other than that the app is easy and user friendly better than others I've tried to use.

TikTok makes it easy to find amazing products, sell products in a safe manner, while at the same time having a personalized entertainment experience.

I struggled with Shopify in the past, trying to set it up from my phone. I never imagined I’d have a Shopify store, but here I am using my MacBook to link everything seamlessly, and it’s so much easier now!

Well, its been rejecting my ID verification saying my unaltered CC statements and bank statements are "Altered" again and again. They are downloaded straight from my bank (a major US bank)... So... Not sure whats up. Ive looked them over, they look fine. Ive tried 10+ times with different unaltered documents, doesnt matter. Sometimes it just rejects it saying they cant verify with no mention of altering. We've never had this issue with any other shops/platform. Not sure if this is some system/ai/computer error or some kind of incompetence on the human side because no one responds to tickets/emails over there. Might update if TT ever figures this out and fixes it.

It was simple once I found where to go and that I had to be on a computer, not a mobile device. If this is not the case, it was not very easy to navigate on my mobile device. Also if the process was linear it would be a lot easier, but there is too much go here or go there and not enough redirecting.

Does not allow relinking of products and we cannot link our Tiktok products to their correct Shopify products. We have reached out to Tiktok many times regarding this problem and no one can help remove them. Only orders with linked products seem to show in our Shopify orders so we still have to constantly check Tiktok shop for new orders. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well with no luck. Inventory does not sync correctly and app constantly asks you to map products that you cannot map because there is no way to unlink a previous product even if it was linked to an incorrect listing. Show old orders saying they require attention even though they have already been shipped.

This process has been a very difficult at first. Not having anyone to talk to when you have issues is a problem. But, all in all when you get past all the documents and extra you will finally get some resolution. I'm just excited to get past all the admin and get to selling!
