Subify's customer service team is genuinely second to none. No matter what time I ask for support or how ridiculous a question it is, they are always happy to help and reply within the hour. I had quite a few issues migrating from a different subscription app, however Subify's team was excellent in guiding me through it all and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as soon as they could manage. If you're considering Subify for your subscriptions, I strongly urge you to give them a try - I promise you will not be disappointed. So far we have loved this app, Customer service is great with timely responses and the app is a breeze to use! We have been wanting to do a subscription app for our online store and have never been able to until now! Love it !

I paid the first plan and guess what ? Nothing works. Settings section doesnt work, live chat support buton is fake. Indeed, you dont have any support at all to be honest. You can't even select a product if you want to create a subscription plan. And i did take a paid plan.. imagine with the free plan.. It's a scam, i mean i guess you must pay the biggest plan (the most expensive one) if you just want basic services. Other plans are fakes.

I tried this app today, its fantastic! Very user friendly, wonderfull people. Easy to use. I would definetly recommend it! Ps: Nareh is a wonderfull woman, she responds so fast and is always willing to help in every way possible. Probs to her!

Amazing, customizable, and very quick problem solving. The Ai support was helpful. But the quick response time of team member, Melika, was exceptional. Within 2 minutes, my problem was solved and I could continue using Subify easily. I love the accessibility and user friendly features.
