The customer service is excellent. ✨️ I would like to see better options for shipping in the customer subscriptions, currently you cannot add shipping to cart unless you pay the premium fees which are hefty for small business.

The app is very easy to add on the store. The interface is easy to use. The customer service is great. After installed the app, I had a few questions, the live chat person answered / solved questions right away. We have to choose a higher (more pricey) plan to take out the "powered by Subify" link. ---- This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

It’s a very good plugin; it has worked just as described. So far, it has been wonderful. The times I have needed help, they have assisted me right away.

Customer support is responsive. But app is not intuitive and the pricing is not transparent. Be aware that they take a percentage of your sales - it's not just a flat monthly fee.

I am only using the basic functionality right but as a small startup new to the ecommerce world, this has been by far the best experience I have had so far. there support and tutorials are great, and every time i have a question no matter difficulty I am able to chat with a person who will give me real time answer, they even opened my account early on to make sure everything was set up correctly, and before reaching out to them helped me answer questions I had not asked yet. If they provide this level of customer service for a small start up with barley any subscriptions, I can not imagine how great they would be once we have 100s or 1000s, this is probably my favorite app to with, and its all because of their stellar customer service.
