Subify were great. I had just set up a subscription service. I am not techy and was having an issue with the pricing options. I spoke with Melika and she spent a lot of time working through the issue and sorting the problem out. It's helped to make my website look more professional. I would definitely recommend their customer service. They are first class. -professional and patient

I downloaded the app today after pulling my hair out trying to get another app to work. I chatted with support and they were kind and helpful. It took me less than 2 hours to set up the subscriptions, test the site for each product and send for fulfilment testing. Je trouve l'application super, j'ai installé ca pour ma marque, je n'ai pas encore fais des ventes mais c'est bien que ca nous permet de faire des ventes jusqu'à 300$ pour tester l'application, le service client est réactif moi j'ai eu Stella au chat qui a répondu a toute mes questions. Ensuite j'ai eu Rick qui est venu a l'aide car je n'arriver pas l'installer sur ma page produit il m'a guidé de A-Z pour faire tout. Merci pour l'application et de votre service. Je recommande

Miles was so fantastic! He was very prompt in answering our questions. He gave us pictures that were very helpful as well as giving us articles that could further explain. He made sure we had all the infomation we needed to help with all our many questions. He is awesome. He is a very intelligent and valuable employee!

After downloading countless overpriced and overly complicated apps with little to no support, Subify has been a breath of fresh air—and that's largely thanks to Miles! I was initially overwhelmed, trying to bring my ideas to life but struggling with the platform. Miles made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service was amazing and from what I can see the pricing is really great in comparison to other options. I had an unusual request, it wasn't obvious to me if I could set it up as an option but customer service walked me through it and showed me that almost any configuration is possible. I wanted to use this service to make my products more accessible to my lower income earning customers. This isn't a usual use for subscriptions, it usually more about convenience. I have high hopes that this will be a great service to my customers. Thank you Subify!

The app is very easy to add on the store. The interface is easy to use. The customer service is great. After installed the app, I had a few questions, the live chat person answered / solved questions right away.
