Subify has been a great addition to our store. We are a subscription based product so this feature was very important to get right. There are a lot of customizations available and it is simple to manage. One of the best features is the customer service, if I'm ever having any issues, they are quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. It seems like they are constantly updating the app too so it is always improving!

Exactly what we needed for our subscription based service, and immediately on setting up a subscription, a chat box appeared with a live, real-life help agent who answered all of my questions very quickly and made sure that everything had gone to plan! They were quick and knowledgeable. There are lots of ways to set up subscriptions, and instructions to apply these to page and products pop up at relevent steps so that it's smooth and beginner-friendly, no code or tech knowledge required! Very pleased.

I was super impressed by the awesome customer support. They really helped me to set up everything that I wanted, which would have probably taken me hours to do myself, very quickly. Nareh from the customer support was super patient guiding me through the whole process. Big thanks to that. The app itself is also great. Hasti was unbelievably helpful. The app is easy to use, but I had a couple of customizations that she quickly implemented for me. I didn't have to ask for help. As soon as I installed it and started working, Hasti showed up and helped me get set up. I have a lot of confidence in their product because of the attention they give to their customers.
