Because they were cheaper than Loyalty Lion, we tried Smile.io five years ago and held our breath. Would it work? Fabulously! Did everything we wanted and more. Easy usability, 100% performance, excellent service crew. And constant improvements with no raise in price and no "contracts". Just like it's all supposed to be.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive. Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself. Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out. Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile

We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.

So far so good, we installed it yesterday morning, by yesterday afternoon we were very comfortable with it. The app is easy enough to use and feels like Shopify which is handy and we can change it enough to feel like it's part of our site. I had a question about whether I can assign points to previous customers, so if I had someone who had placed four orders in the past can I reward them by giving them X points if they sign up to the scheme - which would in turn entice more people to sign up - and I didn't have time to engage with the live chat so just left my message and email address and shortly after a real person emailed me back with the step by step solution to my query which is pretty good going in my experience - plus it worked which is the main thing :)

We used the Smile Rewards app for about 4 years and it does what it says. No complaining about that. In these 4 years we hade some steep price hikes releated to what each abo tier can do. Initially the free tier had no order limits. You got less possibilities, but you did not pay. Then the next tier was 29 Dollars if I remember right. Now it's 49 Dollars with a limit of 500 monthly orders and if you overstep by 1 order you aren't able to access your clients data anymore. The only way is to pay the next tier (199 Dollar, great scaling btw) or to wait the next month and hope the order quantity goes down again. We found a great alternative with less money and more features.
