Initial Experience with Support – Disappointing So Far I just installed the app and reached out for help through the chat box. It’s been over an hour and still no response from the support team. I received an automated message saying someone would reply to my email within 30 minutes, but I’m still waiting with no update. I haven’t had a chance to fully test the app yet, so I will hold off on a final review — but I may consider changing my rating if I receive professional and timely support. However, if this is how the support team handles the very first interaction, it raises serious concerns about the level of support I can expect after activating the app on my store. First impressions matter — and unfortunately, this one has not been great.

Really easy to use and the support has been great - especially Angie who got back to me really quickly with the technical issue I had around how coupons were showing for customers. The support is the best I've ever had for an app. I've never gotten a canned response, they have addressed every question I've had and helped me figure out things even if it wasn't an issue on Smile's end. The best!!

Smile is great especially because of their customer service! Shelby was SO helpful! Within 5 minutes she was on a live chat with me, and took extra measures to help me find an answer to my issue. She was quick, friendly, and professional. Customer service chats are often unhelpful and frustrating, but I never have that issue with Smile! I would definitely recommend.

We have been using Smile:Loyalty Rewards Program for couple of years in our store. The app is very easy to use and our customers like it very much. Customer service is also top notch as we had an issue with the program and Ezra and Lynn took care of the issue. Ezra especially kept following the issue until it is resolved.

The customer service and chat response is great. Lynn did a great job solving my problem. When the data that I needed wasn't present on the dashboard, she sent me everything I needed in a raw data file - great for analysis! Dashboard could be a bit more descriptive of the data presented.
