Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.

It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league. Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive. Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself. Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out. Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile

We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.

I first got the app and thought, "this is good." Because it was. BUT, stop taking my money bro. It makes it hard enough running a business with only so little cash. I can't burn It on a loyalty program. I would appreciate either lowering your costs or giving more benefits to people. But all in all not bad.

Great app for having an intuitive and efficient loyalty and referral program. I’ve been using it for years. The customer service is very responsive. However, the price is very high, in my opinion, and I’m frustrated that I can’t access all the features (notably the one to redeem points at checkout) in French. For now, it’s only available in English…

Easy to set up and use. The main drawback is that the sign-up for rewards requires a separate process from the standard account sign-up on Shopify. It would be much better if the regular account sign-up page included a checkbox for rewards, allowing for a single, unified sign-up process.

Trying to figure out why some of my customers are not able to pull up their reward points to redeem them on their phones. Kind of sounds like a glitch. We are currently working on the situation and customer service has been as helpful as they can be, just still trying to get the problem resolved.

The app is pretty good, but twice a year I look at other review apps to see if i can reduce my monthly costs. Its nearly the same as Klaviyo email system but does not have the same functionality. We have had the app for ages and there doesnt seem to be any more obvious innovation. But hey the devil ya know..... The support team is awesome, responsive, i guess thats what i am paying for?
