Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Subscription Policy I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. They offer only chat and email support, both of which take hours to receive a response—completely unacceptable for a paid service. What’s even more frustrating is their unfair subscription policy. I paid $50 for a monthly subscription, and after realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations, I canceled the subscription within an hour to avoid being charged for the next cycle. To my surprise, all the paid features were immediately revoked, and I was denied access to the app for the remaining 29 days—despite having already paid for the full month! To make matters worse, Shelby, who appears to be in customer service, seems completely uninterested in providing any real assistance. Why have someone in customer service if they are not willing to do their job? Her lack of concern and unwillingness to help only adds to the frustration of dealing with this company. This practice is unacceptable and misleading. I PAID FOR THE MONTH and should be entitled to use the service for the entire duration, regardless of when I choose to cancel. I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.

Overall I really like the app and the staff are very responsive by email and even jumped on a 30min call to explain some things. It has taken us sometime to understand everything this app can do. The rewards are very straight forward and work well. We are just implementing the VIP system which has a slight limitation for us. We are a winery and want to limit the VIP section to our members but I don't think we are able to do that. Our customers are happily using their rewards!

Overall it's a good app. I like the ability to choose the way rewards are earned and spent so that it can be catered best for my company. Every time I have needed to contact support for help I have been able to get the help I needed quickly and professionally.

Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!

Great app for having an intuitive and efficient loyalty and referral program. I’ve been using it for years. The customer service is very responsive. However, the price is very high, in my opinion, and I’m frustrated that I can’t access all the features (notably the one to redeem points at checkout) in French. For now, it’s only available in English…

The app is generally very easy to use with a decent UX, although Smile's customer service is incredible. Lynn has been very helpful and super responsive, assisting us with any errors that we've come across or questions we've had.
