So far so good, we installed it yesterday morning, by yesterday afternoon we were very comfortable with it. The app is easy enough to use and feels like Shopify which is handy and we can change it enough to feel like it's part of our site. I had a question about whether I can assign points to previous customers, so if I had someone who had placed four orders in the past can I reward them by giving them X points if they sign up to the scheme - which would in turn entice more people to sign up - and I didn't have time to engage with the live chat so just left my message and email address and shortly after a real person emailed me back with the step by step solution to my query which is pretty good going in my experience - plus it worked which is the main thing :)

We used the Smile Rewards app for about 4 years and it does what it says. No complaining about that. In these 4 years we hade some steep price hikes releated to what each abo tier can do. Initially the free tier had no order limits. You got less possibilities, but you did not pay. Then the next tier was 29 Dollars if I remember right. Now it's 49 Dollars with a limit of 500 monthly orders and if you overstep by 1 order you aren't able to access your clients data anymore. The only way is to pay the next tier (199 Dollar, great scaling btw) or to wait the next month and hope the order quantity goes down again. We found a great alternative with less money and more features.

I had an excellent experience with Shelby’s customer service through Smile.io! She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions, even when I asked the same thing more than once. Shelby’s knowledge of the platform was impressive, and I truly appreciated her patience and helpfulness. Great support all around!

I first got the app and thought, "this is good." Because it was. BUT, stop taking my money bro. It makes it hard enough running a business with only so little cash. I can't burn It on a loyalty program. I would appreciate either lowering your costs or giving more benefits to people. But all in all not bad.

We've been using Smile for years, and it just gets better and better. I recently had an issue with customer logins after we switched to Shopify's new customer accounts, and a Smile rep, Shelby, responded quickly and explained how to fix it. She followed up later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved, which I really appreciated.

I wanted to test it out, but it was a little more complex than my website required, so I uninstalled it (within minutes), not knowing I had already been charged. I contacted the team, who explained that while the charges are non-refundable, they'd make a one-time exception for me. As a small business owner, every penny counts, so I appreciate this.

I have only just started using the app but so far I have had good feedback (have not announced my rewards program widely altough it is active on my site.) Customer service has been fast and very good so far. Really happy I went with Smile instead of a more expensive app, it has everything I need at this early stage.
