Had a minor issue, Support replied within *minutes* and addressed my issue perfectly (I wasn't waiting long enough to see changes on the live site). Aside from that, the app has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 8 months ago.

We are yet to go live with this on our website, but we are so excited to push go soon! The SMILE team have been the most wonderful crew of people to work with! They have been SO helpful and literally walked us through step by step with our initial set up! We couldn't have done it without their guidance. We are going live soon but the program itself is so user friendly, and looks amazing for customers and building our community. We are so excited to have smile and we could not recommend them any more.

Smile doesn't do everything I've dreamed up (could be a little more customizable), but it covers most needs, and the customer service is above par. Just wonderful to deal with. It's a great loyalty option, for sure!

I'll be honest with you, as a small business owner trying to wear a million hats I lost track of just how valuable this program has been for us until recently. And when I opened up the details and saw just how many of our customers are using it, it speaks for itself. To be honest, we almost canceled this service because the rates seem daunting when you first look at them. But when you compare it to the incremental revenue that it drives, it does pay for itself fast and then generates a great ROI. Also the customer service has been terrific!

Apps need to work how you need them too. When they dont you need to know why. The support from this team was excellent in discovering why something wanst working and letting me know so I can change the right settings. Having a REAL person to interact with was more helpful than any AI.

We decided to launch our first loyalty programme alongside our Black Friday campaigns this year and after a bit of research, we landed on Smile as the best option. It’s only been around a week since we launched but so far we have been delighted by the results! The app is really simple to set up and you can be up and running in just a few minutes with a basic set up. Customers started to engage with the programme straight away and we are already seeing customers starting to redeem their reward and we have just received our first referral! The support team at Smile have been incredibly helpful, first in arranging a demo call to walk me through the app and it’s features, which was super helpful when making a decision. They have also been incredibly helpful in answering any questions I have had along the way. A special thanks to Andrea and Cole for all of there support – they have both been superb. Overall very pleased with he app so far and can’t fault the customer support. Would highly recommend!

There is no proper onboarding (only slow chat support) and there is a lot of things that do not work. just to name a few: 1) settings say that my mobile launcher is supposed to be on the left -> still shows up on the right side, even after waiting for over an hour 2) I created my loyalty page. Has no content. Cannot add "ways to earn" to page 3) Analytics are wrong. I had a "Member CLV" of 554 while loyalty driven revenue is 0. 4) ... and a few more If I wait for the chat to give me all the info, I will not be ready before next month.
