Currently doesn't work with Microsoft Edge. I'm unable to access the app within my Shopify Interface. Aside from that, the app has been good. Please fix!

I have been using the app for a months now on the free plan and so far it has everything that I need. I had a small issue with locating where to customize some settings (there could be a few tiny tweaks to the UI to help with this), however my support rep was extremely helpful and very quickly provided a solution. The support I received alone is a great reason to carry on with this app. Looking forward to building out more with Smile.io.

Very impressed with this app. Extremely clean and indepth UI. Integrates very easily. Looks highly professional. Best part: The support staff are probably the best I've deal with in 3+ years of using Shopify daily and working with numerous apps.

Support is sluggish and ineffective, with automation failing to resolve issues properly. The chat is the only way to reach me later, and it is through an email address.

not great. it seems they hide the fact that nothing seem to be included in the $49 option so you have to upgrade to $199. I think being more up front with customisations and what you get ie no landing page, no links, nothing. The reason i wanted this ... which i thought was common sense... was so that the the app would sync to a landing page and work smoothly ie for better customer / shopper satisfaction. I hoping that the app may change my mind and we will stick with it . Smile have since got in contact and suggested options so I will test these and test the app.

We discovered that more than 12,000 discount codes were created through this app and then published on coupon websites for anyone to use. Nobody ever warned us this was happening. It’s obvious someone hacked or exploited the referral program, but instead of helping, support didn’t even apologize or offer a solution to delete or block these codes. This is unacceptable for a platform that should be protecting merchants, not leaving us exposed to abuse. If you value your store and revenue, think twice before trusting this app.
