It’s hard to get support. I had an extended conversation with support asking unnecessary questions only for them to turn and say it has to be escalated. When it was escalated I still have yet to hear from anyone. This app is giving customers free products and up to 40% off and I did not authorize this. Please I need help or I will have to uninstall this app.

It's not cheap for the higher plans (and ultimately you will need the higher plans to do this effectively), but they are an A+ for functionality and customer service. Always there to help and the app seamlessly integrates into your site - which is extremely important when you want to match the aesthetic of your brand. There are a few more customizations I would like to see (for example points awarded to X number of orders as opposed to amount in order value - so you can properly award customers for ordering often. I would like to see this in tiers, as well. Customer orders 10 times and they get to a special tier, as an example.) My guess is these features will eventually come. And ultimately if you are spending thousands on ads, this is nothing in comparison for the same sort of value for your business. So far, it's worth every dollar.

**Update** Smile.io reached out and resolved the issue via email. Turns out strict tracking settings prevent access to their app via Shopify. Anyone else experiencing issues, try 'balanced' as an initial fix. They resolved this issue in 2 days via me leaving a review on the Shopify App Store. I couldn't ask for support through the app due to not having access. 'W' for their support team. ********************* Currently doesn't work with Microsoft Edge. I'm unable to access the app within my Shopify Interface. Aside from that, the app has been good. Please fix!

I have been using the app for a months now on the free plan and so far it has everything that I need. I had a small issue with locating where to customize some settings (there could be a few tiny tweaks to the UI to help with this), however my support rep was extremely helpful and very quickly provided a solution. The support I received alone is a great reason to carry on with this app. Looking forward to building out more with Smile.io.
