Had an issue that took a few days to fix but customer service was very helpful and eventually fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend them every time.

Smile makes creating a rewards program easy! They also helped me to figure out how to implement one for my in-person pop-ups. I wish they had a more "entry-level" plan with more features but overall I am super happy!

Not only did she explain the issue clearly (apparently, something about a "z-index" ), but she also took the time to make me feel at ease about the process.
