The customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC! Special thanks to Lisa and Andrea for their kind patience in answering my many questions. I'm giving 4 stars because the starter (paid) plan could offer more "rewards" than it does currently. Also, the interface/navigation is very frustrating. Certain things like the widget are edited via two seprate sections, which can be a nightmare if you're still familiarising yourself with the setup........And there's so many additional options/settings available and you don't know your plan is not entitled to them until you start clicking and try activating them. That, is very frustrating as a user.

I'm brand new to this ... but I can say for certain that the help I got through their chat mechanism really helped me along. I had a few questions about how the app was going to work. I dealt both with Cole and Lisa and quickly got answers to my questions, strategy hints and technical help. I waited on average - about 10 minutes for help (they said I'd get it within 4 hours so this was a relief). Hopefully use of the SMILE app will be smooth sailing, but for what it's worth; I'm happy there are people "nearby" to help if I have problems

This app is SO worth it. We recently switched our POS to Shopify and our in store customers are loving the new rewards so much more than our old system. Before they had to wait for a monthly batch to use them. Now they can use them on their next purchase. And the Smile apps customer service is top notch. Andrea helped me weed through a lot of time to fine tune our setup.

The app is great. Customer service is very responsive and diligent. Even the free plan is a winner. You can toggle options on and off and create a dynamic experience for customers to return and keep returning.

This app is decent, but too many issues make it grossly overpriced for what it provides. Customers are constantly being rewarded duplicate discounts for reaching tiered levels. I have had this issue several times now with support telling me it was fixed when it clearly has not been. Also, if you refund orders, rewards then do not get credited back to the user, so it must be done manually. This will always be a headache if you cancel any orders.

A great app which is working great for our small UK business, we initially were after a points based system to change from our current discount loyalty reward. We had great initial info from Ben, who was very helpful answering and guiding us on the best plan for our business. Once set up, we had a few delay glitches which were quickly responded by Angie & Ezra, both very helpful and made understanding the app and technical side very easy. Thank you for all your help.
