Best support ever! The app is pretty intuitive and easy to set up, but I began to write down some questions along the way more so about how the rewards program works in conjunction with your own discounts. I sent quite a list on the chat, and Lisa really went the distance and answered ALL of my questions and then some! Very happy and excited to get these rewards to my customers! Thank you!

Excellent app! Increased our customer engagement and customers actually love it! The tiered program is a big plus for our customers. The couple of times we have had questions over the years, the staff at Smile have been very helpful and prompt in responding. Also support team is more than helpfull and has a great feeling for customers and their special needs (especially for small businesses)! I can totaly recoomend the app the the support team! Love it!

Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.

It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league. Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.
